Dragan has been working in the utility industry since 1998, and has experience designing, installing, and maintaining wide area networks across the Pacific Northwest. He has held Cisco's highest level of certification (CCIE) since 2004 and maintains an active engagement with the latest technologies - cloud computing, virtualization, and advanced networking techniques that provide the best in availability and performance.
Born in Serbia, Dragan has lived in the US since 1996, and in Oregon with his family since 2002.

Michael has been programming and integrating utility software systems since 2000. He has an understanding of the energy industry that allows him to design, build, and integrate systems that work and make sense. His involvement with utilities ranges from analytical work and documentation to software design, development, and integration.
Born in Chicago, Michael has lived in Portland since 2000.
Tom Oliver
Chief Operating Officer
Tom has been managing technology initiatives and teams since 1998, working in a variety of industries including semiconductors, software development, local government and utilities. He has extensive project management experience, and is well versed in network design and deployment, data center and facilities design and construction, virtualization and storage technologies as well as disaster recovery planning and preparation. Tom understands the blended IT/OT challenges of deploying and managing SCADA, distribution automation, advanced metering, and the secure broadband networks necessary to support dynamic utility operations.
Born and raised in New England, Tom has lived in Oregon with his family since 2002.
Andrew Schlabach
Senior Systems Engineer
Andrew has been directing technology projects for many years, most recently in the utility industry. He has extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing virtualization infrastructure, enterprise storage, network systems, and backup solutions, with additional background in SQL database management, data analytics, and software development.
Andrew lives in Oregon with his family.

Caleb brings to the team at Summit a background in multiple industries including rural internet service, hospitality, and experience in the Fortune 500 sector. With a passion for excellent customer service and high quality network operations, Caleb is excited to lend his commitment to Summit’s customers.
Born and raised in Oregon, Caleb currently resides in New England.

Johnny has 19 years of IT and Security experience, with most background in supporting e-discovery and securities litigation.
Born abroad, Johnny planted roots in Portland OR in 2001, and is proud of his anarchist jurisdiction.

Cat joined Summit Energy Tech following a long career in the healthcare industry. She brings with her a focus and attention to detail that are essential to keeping Summit's customer interactions running efficiently.
Born in the Midwest, she has lived in Portland since 2006 and enjoys both the city and the amazing forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
